28 Aug Glenunga Talks Empathy
The Wellbeing Team at GIHS has recently been discussing the notion of being more empathetic in our lives. In order to be empathetic, we need to have an awareness and understanding of others’ feelings and emotions. In today’s society, it is important that we can understand how others are feeling to allow us to appropriately respond to different situations we are faced with. We are not all going to agree because we are all different, with different opinions and views on the world. However, by having the empathy to understand and share the emotions of others, we can better communicate respectfully and in a healthy environment. We would like to share with you, our community the article below that discusses the importance of empathy.
