WINNER: Tessa Carella talks her way to success!
We are thrilled to announce that Year 10 student, Tessa Carella, has been crowned WINNER of the My First Speech competition, organised through Federal Parliament.
Tessa’s beautifully eloquent speech touches on why a Universal Basic Income could benefit Australian society.
She will now have the opportunity to go to Canberra and perform her speech at Parliament House in December.
This is a significant achievement with thousands of entries each year and we as a school community are very proud of Tessa’s efforts!
